Sending a coded message

Location: Harry's quarters

Harry sat in his quarters looking at the screen and began to make his first report to SFI on the coded channel that he had been given access to by SFI, he tapped in hi access code and the code given to him so they knew who it was from. but Harry knew that the search for Doctor Silthg was ongoing he needed more information on the doctors political background to know if it were him who was the mole.

Suddenly the screen lit up with a face of a young woman who said "Status of your report?"

Things in Starfleet Intelligence had proverbially hit the fan. Not only had several plots been revealed, by all accounts, the Gorn were much stronger than the assessments which solidified the belief that the Gorn were working with Federation sympathizers.

The woman had been tasked to check-in with intelligence sources to find out what was going on.

Harry replied "We have a suspect that we are chasing," he knew that it was only a matter of time before they caught him, He continued, "we are looking for a Doctor Silthg and am requesting information on the medical officers political leanings" although he hadn't got the first name of the Doctor yet.

"I am forwarding you what we possess currently. It isn't much because we don't know a lot about him. It is our belief he was working with someone on the inside, though," the woman replied.

"Is there anymore information on what was leaked" asked Harry in case it related to the Hawaii and its area of operations and its base, looking back at the Intelligence officer in front of him, He hoped that they were still not known about in this part of space.

"The latest intel we received from the Battle of Canterra is that someone leaked the shield frequencies used by the Federation," the agent informed Harry.

'Damn this don't look or sound good for us' thought Harry as he now knew that the Federation's enemies now could take down a star ships shields with so much ease or worse still have their torpedo's setup to take a ship down. He replied " Thanks for the warning, Am I allowed to pass that along to the Captain?" looking back at the Intelligence officer.

"Yes; however, keep your sources confidential. Also, Mr. Stevens... we are assigning a code name to you for future communications. Your file will be known as: Long Cameo and when you do need a cover name, use Joe Henderson."

The agent paused to see if Stevens had any questions.

"Things are heating up out there. There's rumors your Gorn doctor is the source of betrayal. We are very interested in any information you have to report on that subject."

"I am in the process of checking his quarters shortly after lunch" replied Harry looking back at the screen; he continued, "any information we gather I will pass on," as he knew now that he now had a code name for when he contacted SFI with information and any covert missions he now had a cover name.

"Perfect. I look forward to your report," the agent gave a small smile, the first throughout the session, before cutting the transmission.

Harry sat there for a minute and then rose from his chair, he knew that they had to find something in the Doctors quarters that would prove to the Captain and SFI that he was the danger that SFI believed him to be and headed out of his quarters and make his way to the Doctors quarters to begin the search.
