In sickbay-Yeoman saga (Backpost)

Halona Grayson hadn't been back down to Sickbay in a while but she had some paperwork that had been forwarded from the station for the new CMO. So she was doing her axuliery duty in dropping them off. She also carried two cups, one was a Vulcan spice tea, the other was a double hot chocolate. She wasn't certain which if either the CMO would prefer but she hoped that one or the other would be welcome. "I have some paperwork about transferred patients and I took a liberty in bringing you some fresh drinks from the lounge instead of the replicator." She said by way of greeting.

T'Lara turned around and looked at the pads. "Thank you, miss Grayson." She then looked a moment to the drinks the yeoman was holding up to her. She put the PaDD she was holding on her desk. She then reached for the tea. "That is considerate of you, miss Grayson."

"No problem, I found having some refreshments make the paperwork easier to deal with specially when there's a large bit." Halona said softly but she was pleased the new CMO seemed to be pleased with the drink.

T'Lara nodded. "That it does." She said as she picked up the pad again. "So was there something else, miss Grayson?"

Halona shook her head softly, "Not that I know of but if you need me to take anything back or something just let me know what you need from me and I'll get straight on it."

T'Lara put the PaDD. She then ducked under her desk. She pulled opened a drawer and pulled out some PaDDs and handed them to Halona. "This you can take back, miss Grayson." And then she handed her another PaDD. "This is a list of things I need from the cargo bay, could you be a dear and get it for me?"

Halona kept the singular PaDD in her left hand, the stacked PaDD's she balanced in her right. "I can do that sure, shouldn't be more than half an hour is that okay?"

"That is reasonable," T'Lara replied. She took a sip from her tea. "Get me some more tea when you get back." She took a seat behind her desk and took her PaDD and started reading again while holding the tea in the other. "Oh, and could you get me some tea with honey next time. And don't forget to bring some for yourself."

Halona nodded as she made her way to the doorway, she wasn't quite used to the go-ferring but she wasn't going to complain, it was less stressful than the CIC signal work had been.

T'Lara turned back to her work. She turned on the computer screen on her desk and opened some medical files.

Half an hour later Halona returned with the items from the cargo bay, and a tea with honey for T'Lara, a hot chocolate with peppermint sprinkles in it for herself. "Doctor T'Lara, I found everything you requested from the cargo bay."

T'Lara took the tea. "Thank you, Yeoman. You can leave the Items over there." She pointed to a corner in sickbay.

Halona set the items down turned around and smiled as she sipped her cup of hot chocolate and peppermint sprinkles, "Do you require anything else before I head to the Diplomacy department to check on things there?"
