Mission: Ne Me'e Laua Na Paio - Heroes & Villains
Location: Earth Starbase
Timeline: Jan 2389

Saatynn looked out at the stars outside the viewport, listening to Linna dart around behind him, gathering the last of his things for his transfer. "Linna, ashayam*, please don't worry yourself with that, we may not see each other again for some time." He said, approaching her and touching his fingers to hers, running the first two fingers of his right hand along the first two of her left.

"Taluhk nash-veh k'dular*" Linna responded, looking up into Saatynn's eyes. "You're just as lautuv* as always, Saatynn. But I do ashau* you. I always have." She traced her fingers down the back of his hand, "If it wasn't directly in a war zone, I'd see about coming with you."

"Ri*, Linna. It's too tehvar-bosh* out there for you." Saatynn crossed their hands at the wrist and touched their palms together, "I cannot lose you."

"Ple'ma tsu rashaya?*" Linna asked him, placing her fingers on specific points on his head. "Nahp, hif-bi tu throks.*"

The two melded, Linna showing him what happened when he left Vulcan for Earth. "My father was furious I was still for making you my T'hy'la*. I was almost thrown out, but ko-mehk* convinced him not to."

Saatynn grimaced at the mere thought of it, before they ended the meld. "I will return, Linna. I promise." He said, looking at the time and realizing he had to leave. He grabbed his belongings, before running the tips of his fingers over her left cheek, smiling. "I will call you from the ship."
