After seeing war kill very many and the death of his first host, Tarlin, he decided he wanted to heal people. His relation ship with his children, now grown, had been very strained due to his high expectations in his younger father hood. But he has gone out of his way to make amends. His wife has been his rock through two hosts and countless situations and schoolings. She helps him live. |
